Gluten Free Panettone

Panettone doesn't need much introduction! With our gluten-free version we wanted to offer an essential product, without too many frills, without too many creams, custards and various fillings, which are often exaggerated and cloying. In fact, inside there is a simple, but not banal, filling of sultanas or chocolate chips. We wanted to maintain the classic aromas and textures of this sweet symbol, which has always brought with it not only unique flavors and tastes, but also all the emotions of a festive period to share with those we love. All contained in a product made strictly by hand, with our original recipe!

(Version with butter and raisins): Corn starch, rice starch, buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, flax flour, chickpea flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, whole sorghum flour, ANGEL MIX, sultanas, butter, honey, sugar, milk powder, fresh whole eggs, sunflower oil, fresh yeast, salt, citrus peel, natural flavourings. PRESERVATIVE FREE. May contain traces of sesame, peanuts, almonds and other nuts.

The product should be stored at room temperature, tightly closed, in a cool, dry place. Remember that it does not contain preservatives, it does not last forever like the others!

The waiting time between placing the order and shipping the products is - on average - three working days. Shipments are made throughout Italy - exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays - via 24h Express Service (36/48h for the South and Islands). The products are prepared overnight and shipped in the morning to ensure the best possible quality and freshness.
